Bedrooms: This townhome has a queen bedroom on the main floor with a full bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms. One with 2 twin beds and is wonderfully decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme with its own Mickey themed full bath and Game Zone with Smart TV, Cable, Netflix, Disney+ and Xbox Series S with Game Pass and Switch Dock. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own master bath. The family room has a pullout sofa with a double bed.

This spacious and well equipped townhome with private screened pool makes
the perfect base for your next fun-filled vacation. Enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen utensils, cookware, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, family room with an XBox 360 Series S with Game Pass, plush mattresses and bedding makes for a great night’s sleep.

Amenities: Our townhome is equipped for all your needs. You’ll find a hairdryer in each of the 3 bathrooms, phone chargers next to each bed, plenty of soft towels, all the utensils and pots and pans you’ll need in the kitchen, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, keurig, toaster, dishes for the whole group including sippy cups and toddler plate sets along with a stroller, high chair, booster seat, playpen with sheets, bed rails, installed and pressure mounted baby gates, xbox games, pool noodles, iron and ironing board, safe and full size stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Baby & Toddler Gear: Our guests will have access to with a stroller, high chair, booster seat, crib and pack’n play with sheets, video baby monitor, bed rails, installed and mobile baby gates, and toddler plate sets. There are two installed baby gates, one in the kitchen area and one at the top of the stairs. There is a high door lock on the front door to prevent wandering away, a patio door alarm and a pool safety fence. We even have a Ride Height Chart for Disney World!

Windsor Hills Resort is a 24 hour guarded and gated community just off highway 192 and minutes away from extensive shopping and dining. The residence includes use of the beautiful Club House, large community pool with water slide, toddler pool and fountains, spa, sauna, bar, movie theatre, playground, fully equipped exercise room and game room, business center and general store, lighted tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, lighted putting green, picnic/bbq area, natural wetland lake for peaceful walks and shuttle bus service to all the parks and shops (small charge).

Clean, Convenient and Upgraded

“When we saw the pictures online of the townhouse we were very impressed. But when we got there we were even more impressed. The house is beautiful. It has been upgraded and very well decorated. It is very close to Disney and there are plenty of stores and restaurants right around the corner. We definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again.”

Above and Beyond

We stayed for our second time and were just a happy. A slight hiccup occurred upon check in but the owner fixed it in lightening time and with such grace— which means a lot more to me than hiccups happening. She went above and beyond to help us celebrate a special trip. The house has everything- even a life jacket for our 4 year old to swim. I would recommend anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, place to stay close to Disney to check out this property. Thanks for helping us make incredible memories!

Lots of Amenities

Beds were comfortable, lots of amenities, close to Disney and Walmart. Very clean, nice property. We loved our stay here and would stay again for future trips to the area.

Very Well Equipped for Children

We had a great time! The house was well decorated and supplied. Everything was great and VERY well equipped for children from pool toys to gates, high chair, etc. Cannot wait to return!

Clean, Spacious & Convenient

We love Allison’s place. Clean, spacious and convenient. I appreciate the full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. The club house pool and water park is great. My son enjoyed it very much! This villa is much nicer than how it looks on the photos. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks!!

Short Walk to Community Pool

This place was perfect for our little family vacation. Great location close to Disney and plenty of other activities to do near by. The community pool was a short walk away and can’t beat the private pool right outside back door. Allison provided great communication and helped us get our tickets for the park’s quickly as well. Will definitely recommend!!

Loved the Fully Stocked Kitchen

This townhouse is such a great value. It was exactly what we needed for our toddlers. All the included accessories for children were so helpful! We loved the location as it was such an easy drive to Disney. The Windsor Hills community is beautiful! We can’t wait to return. We had a wonderful time! Created memories we will cherish forever!! We loved the full stocked kitchen! The Mickey room and bathroom were a huge hit. We enjoyed Windsor Hills and I’m not sure we will stay anywhere else! What a great drive to Disney! Thank you for being so accommodating and for your lovely place!!
