DON’T FORGET THAT THE QUOTE INCLUDES THE REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH IS RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CHECK OUT IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE. ISSUED BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

Rental Policies

50% Due at Booking, Remaining 50% due 31 Days Prior to  Check In.

Transaction Fee

There is a 4% Transaction Fee
for credit cards

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund within 48 hours of booking. Full Refund if cancelled 31 days before Check In. 50% Refund if cancelled 15 days prior to Check In. If Cancelled 14 days or less a refund of the cleaning fee and security deposit will be refunded. (Refunds will deduct any applicable Transaction Fees).
