Bedrooms: This Luxury Villa has 5 Bedrooms with a Harry Potter queen bedroom on the main floor with a full bath. The second floor has 4 bedrooms. A Royal King Bed Master with full en suite. A second Haunted Mansion King Bedroom with private bath. A Mickey Mouse 2 Twin Bed room and Toy Story 2 Bunk Bed room.

This spacious and well equipped Villa with private screened pool makes
the perfect base for your next fun-filled vacation. Enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen utensils, cookware, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, family room with an gaming system, and plush bedding makes for a great night’s sleep.

Amenities: Our Villa is equipped for all your needs. You’ll find a hairdryer in each of the bathrooms, phone chargers next to each bed, plenty of soft towels, all the utensils and pots and pans you’ll need in the kitchen, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, keurig, toaster, dishes for the whole group including sippy cups and toddler plate sets along with a stroller, high chair, playpen with sheets, bed rails, baby gates, board games, movies, video games, pool noodles, iron and ironing board, safe, and full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Windsor Hills Resort is a 24 hour guarded and gated community just off highway 192 and minutes away from extensive shopping and dining. The residence includes use of the beautiful Club House, large community pool with water slide, toddler pool and fountains, spa, sauna, bar, movie theatre, playground, fully equipped exercise room and game room, business center and general store, lighted tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, lighted putting green, picnic/bbq area, natural wetland lake for peaceful walks and shuttle bus service to all the parks and shops (small charge).

This house was amazing! We had 4 kids – ages 4,5,7 and 7! They would have been content staying at the house the entire stay! The theater and game room were a hit! Everything We Needed and More!

We had such a great stay … The check in and out process was easy-just a quick stop at the gate for a gate pass and a door code on the house. The house had everything we needed and more. The theater room was awesome for movie nights, and the kids loved the pool. We really appreciated the starter supplies and the fully equipped kitchen—it made things super easy.The themed rooms were adorable and the game room kept everyone entertained. Plus, the location was super convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and just a short drive to Disney. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our trip, and we’d definitely stay here again! Maggie

It is a 10 Star Place

This rental was absolutely perfect. The host provided EVERYTHING you may need or want. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom is perfect for a large group. The layout worked well, I was with my brother and his family and was able to have my own bedroom and bathroom. The host was always very quick to reply if I had any questions. My family and I thought the place was adorable. It is a must rent and we will be back for sure! It is a 10 star place for us!!!

Perfect for Relaxing

We stayed here during the pandemic when Disney world shut down. We booked last second once we were in Orlando and our cruise was canceled on us. So we didn’t come prepared with supplies or much at all. We are a party of 4 adults and 2 children and this place was well stocked and perfect for relaxing and practicing social distancing. We still used the resort water park and felt comfortable there bc the staff were constantly bleaching the surfaces. The food there was perfect for eating outside and I highly recommend the double cheeseburger. Security here is top notch and we felt super safe. My daughter loved the Mickey Mouse room and the king size bed was super comfortable!!!!!! We slept so well!!!! The water pressure in the shower was perfect and there was plenty of hot water. The Walmart pickup was a breeze too! The owner was fantastic at getting back to me when I had inquiries and check out couldn’t have been easier!

Clean, Convenient and Upgraded

“When we saw the pictures online of the townhouse we were very impressed. But when we got there we were even more impressed. The house is beautiful. It has been upgraded and very well decorated. It is very close to Disney and there are plenty of stores and restaurants right around the corner. We definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again.”

Everything about this home was perfect!

Great home and great location. Our family absolutely loves Windsor Hills. Everything about this home was perfect. Conveniently located in Kissimmee. Private and gated community. Heated pool was awesome! Home was lovely with thoughtful furnishings. Our kids loved the Mickey Themed Bedroom. Appreciated that bed rails were available for the kids beds. Would definitely stay here again.
