The second floor has 2 bedrooms.  One with 2 twin beds and is wonderfully decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme with its own Mickey themed full bath.  The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own master bath.  The family room has a pullout sofa with a double bed.

This spacious and well equipped townhome with private screened pool makes
the perfect base for your next fun-filled vacation.  Enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen utensils, cookware, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, family room with an XBox 360, plush mattresses and bedding makes for a great night’s sleep.

Amenities:  Our townhome is equipped for all your needs.  You’ll find a hairdryer in each of the 3 bathrooms, phone chargers next to each bed, plenty of soft towels, all the utensils and pots and pans you’ll need in the kitchen, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, keurig, toaster, dishes for the whole group including toddler plate sets along with a stroller, high chair, booster seat, crib and playpen with sheets, bed rails, installed and mobile baby gates, iron and ironing board, and full size stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Baby & Toddler Gear:  Our guests will have access to with a stroller, high chair, booster seat, crib and pack’n play with sheets, video baby monitor, bed rails, installed and mobile baby gates, and toddler plate sets.  There are two installed baby gates, one in the kitchen area and one at the top of the stairs. There is a high door lock on the front door to prevent wandering away, a patio door alarm and a pool safety fence. We even have a Ride Height Chart for Disney World!

Windsor Hills Resort is a 24 hour guarded and gated community just off highway 192 and minutes away from extensive shopping and dining.  The residence includes use of the beautiful Club House, large community pool with water slide, toddler pool and fountains, spa, sauna, bar, movie theatre, playground, fully equipped exercise room and game room, business center and general store, lighted tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts, lighted putting green, picnic/bbq area, natural wetland lake for peaceful walks and shuttle bus service to all the parks and shops (small charge).
